Looking for a Framer developer + graphic designer for startup marketing site

We're looking for a Framer developer to clean up our existing Framer marketing site (colors, theme, consistent styles and formatting) and update the images with new graphics. There is one main page and a blog page with CMS. We will provide all the copy/content. Requirements:
- Proficient with Framer
- Experience creating marketing graphics for a website
- Site must be responsive (mobile/tablet) Nice to haves:
- Experience designing for developers since we're building a product for developers
- Light animation on the graphics. Budget: $1500 Deadline: May 13
