Looking for developer to help me out with Framer animation performance issues

Hi! I'm working on my first Framer template and, admittedly, I'm trying to do a little more with Framer than is provided out of the box. As such, I've built & written a fair number of custom components and overrides that aren't optimized for animation performance. I'm starting to notice dropped frames and awkward transitions in a couple places on the site, specifically related to layout animations (changing layout of a grid, children animating into/out of place). I'm looking for a Framer dev expert who can pair program/build with me for a few hours to help me resolve these performance issues.
